Face That Gym: Ok! Here we go! You are coming out of that lucid dream state. Eyes open, Pretty sure you are awake. Pull on the rugged gym shorts and funky t-shirt. I grab a quick coffee, it’s mostly hot water right? Head down to your work-out room.
I don’t feel like it: This is probably the number one excuse. Plan on facing it most days. The last thing your Pet autonomic nervous system wants to do before breakfast is work really hard. I don’t feel like it is exactly the time to do it. You will feel better, that day. It’s a great way to power up for a high energy day. You are there. You have arrived. You are facing the workstation and that stationary bike is not going to wear itself out. Say hi to your knees for me. Til’ next time. 🙂
